Helping, Contributing, Building

iTeach Club is a volunteer organization founded in 2018 that is run by passionate high school and middle school students dedicated to serving their community. We offer assistance both online and in-person at local senior centers, helping immigrants and seniors gain confidence in their communication skills and usage of their electronics.
During the pandemic in April 2020, iTeach moved its English classes online, to which the classes became quickly popular. By September 2020, we were offering 14 virtual classes each week, reaching over 130 immigrants and seniors from various communities. In addition to language education, we also introduced technical training to further help our community.
Since September 2021, iTeach has resumed some in-person classes at local community centers. In 2024, our club has grown to 33 dedicated members who provide services throughout the year. We currently offer 9 English classes weekly, serving over 150 immigrant seniors, and provide approximately 350 classes annually. Our tech support team provides 5 weekly sessions, addressing more than 1,000 technical issues this year. Our members contribute over 1,300 service hours annually, making a significant impact in our community.

English Teaching

At our senior center, we help new and senior immigrants adapt to the English-speaking environment. Our team carefully prepares teaching materials and audio resources to align with the students’ interests and requirements, helping our students be engaged and efficient with their learning.
